These terms govern the use of the Olvano online invoicing service (the "service"). By creating an account and using the service, you agree to these terms.

2. Account and registration

Registration is required to use the service. You are responsible for the accuracy of your details and for keeping your account secure. One account is intended for one business or sole trader.

3. Plans and payments

The service offers a Free plan and one or more paid plans. Current plans, features, and prices are listed on the pricing page. A paid subscription can be cancelled at any time and runs until the end of the paid period.

4. Rights and obligations

You agree not to misuse the service and to use it in line with applicable law. The operator will make reasonable efforts to keep the service available and secure.

5. Data protection

The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Final provisions

The operator may reasonably amend these terms. You will be notified of material changes by email or in the app.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Maltese law.
